Velocity Video started in 2004 with the sole purpose of taping the Mini World of Outlaw Go-Karts in Lakeport, CA. After one year, series promoter Blair Aiken asked that Velocity Video expand to his other facility, the Ukiah Speedway. In 2005, Velocity Video began producing DVDs of the Ukiah Speedway races, and Velocity Video’s DVD production business was born.
In 2008, Velocity Video entered the world of television production with its show on KFTY TV50 in Santa Rosa, called the North Coast Race Report.
Velocity Video has since expanded to VHS-to-DVD transferring, DVD duplication, graphics design, and much more. In 2010, Velocity Video returned to racing, becoming the official track videographer of the Lakeport Speedway.
In 2013, Velocity Video became the exclusive home for the Ukiah Lakeport Challenge Series, a racing series between both Ukiah and Lakeport Speedways.
